ROLE OVERVIEW

The Creative Project Manager moves creative projects through the production sequence, and secures content decisions and approvals from clients on creative materials

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In partnership with the client service team, moves creative projects from initiation to completion. Using project management software and other software, support Producer’s timelines to monitor intermediate and long-term deadlines and achieve key production milestones.
  • As part of the client service team, secures content decisions and approvals from client on creative materials, including video, print collateral, and scripts. Ensures clients’ needs are met and concerns addressed in a timely manner.
  • Gathers information from team members and clients to clearly define project assumptions and scope. In partnership with Producer, secures approval on budget and production details, including video budgets. Obtains vendor costs and timelines for client estimates.
  • Maintains library of client resources, including client photo database, brand standards, etc. Resources creative staff with essential context and materials for assigned tasks.
  • As part of client service team, shares accurate updates with clients and team members on a regular basis.
  • Accomplish other objectives, as necessary or assigned.  Other activities related to Major Donor Events or company related projects as assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills

  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Up to 5 years of professional experience in a project coordination or project management environment
  • Excellent time management skills and extraordinary attention to detail
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and protect the health of the team

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
