Caring Network, a family of women’s care centers dedicated to supporting mothers and unborn babies through crisis pregnancies, has been hosting annual fundraising Galas for over 40 years. These events, attended by as many as 1,000 people, were beloved by the community but failed to yield significant financial impact. The challenge was clear: the organization needed a fresh approach to align donors’ passion with their giving capacity and to elevate the event’s impact on their operating budget.

YMCA of the Rockies, the largest YMCA camp and conference center in the world, serves over 210,000 people annually across 5,800 acres nestled in Rocky Mountain National Park. With a century-long history of fostering connection with nature, others, and oneself, YMCA of the Rockies recognized the growing need to address modern crises of isolation and loneliness. To further their mission, they launched the "Climbing Higher" campaign, a $50 million initiative—the most ambitious in their 118-year history.

In their quest to engage a diverse range of donors, including recurring and new, younger supporters, City of Refuge embarked on a transformative partnership with Westfall Gold for their 5th Founders Weekend Major Donor Experience. This event marked a significant milestone, profoundly introducing City of Refuge to the next generation of donors while building upon the organization's established major donors.

The 2022 Founders Weekend marked a remarkable collaboration with Mercy Ships, spanning an impressive two-week period and featuring three distinct events. The primary objective behind these gatherings was to unveil their latest addition to the fleet, the "Global Mercy," which was docked in Rotterdam, Netherlands, all while celebrating the organization's 50-year milestone.

Evangel University’s Presidents Gathering serves as a platform for bringing together essential supporters and prospective allies of the institution. During this event, the university's renewed vision is unveiled, highlighting its ongoing efforts to shape compassionate innovators among its students.

Vision summit is a gathering of Convoy of Hope’s most committed key supporters and some potential new friends to celebrate all that has been accomplished through the organization's work and to catch a fresh vision for the future.
