ROLE OVERVIEW

The primary responsibility of the Event Producer is to integrate and execute key messaging, creative, and live production elements to produce compelling live events that achieve a client’s transformational goals.

Westfall Gold and Braintrust Creative produce transformational experiences that rely on compelling emotional storytelling. As a Producer, you will be responsible for bringing it all together - executing the collective team’s creative messaging and strategy. You serve as a liaison between a creative team (managing messaging and creative deliverables), and an event services team (managing event logistics and strategy), and necessary production vendors to weave together a cohesive experience that moves an audience.

Your primary role will be to produce Major Donor Events - the flagship offering of Westfall Gold. You will be a key client contact throughout the pre-event planning process - giving vision to clients on how their live experience will look, feel, and flow. In collaboration with an event team, you will brainstorm compelling live experiences that occur both on and off stage, and integrate created videos, live music, live speakers, special production moments, and more. You will be on-site at events, leading production crews and talent to exe- cute a seamless multipart program from rehearsal to wrap. You are the programming lead on-site. During some more complicated shows, you will also function as show director, calling the cues of the show.

In addition - you will work with Braintrust to produce corporate events, live streams, or interactive experiences across BTC’s body of clients.
