Westfall Gold seeks a creative thinker and problem solver to join our ranks as Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual and brainstorming abilities, an affection for typography and type design, and superb pre-press skills. Westfall Gold is a fundraising consultancy whose non-profit clients have raised more than $1.5B in the past 19 years. The primary responsibility of the graphic designer is to develop and design the materials that will create a strong visual identity for live client events.


  • Designs visually compelling materials, including brochures, logos, display graphics, sales proposals, marketing materials, infographics, and websites for client events, in both print and electronic formats.
  • Contributes to client brainstorming and debrief sessions with other creative staffers.
  • Contributes to client “look books” and graphics packages. Plays a key role in the development of the look and feel of a client’s event.
  • Manages time wisely in order to meet deadlines and expectations. Responds quickly to client edits.
  • Maintains a well-organized system of client files. Specifies and exports files accurately for pre-press.
  • Maintains positive client and team relationships to deliver an extraordinary client experience.
  • Engages with clients with integrity and professionalism, proactively communicating, and instilling confidence in Westfall Gold. Effectively collaborates with internal team members to deliver a unified, seamless experience for our clients.


Flexible 40 hour weekly schedule. Available to provide after hours support from time-to-time.



  • BA in Graphic Design or related field
  • 5 years of experience in branding, graphic design, or related field
  • Required: A portfolio with examples of previous print work
  • Experience working collaboratively on diverse projects
  • Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong time management skills; ability to self-direct and hit deadlines


  • A passion for graphic design and typography is essential for this position
  • Ability to properly maintain file naming structure and organization throughout design and prepress process
  • Ability to accurately specify and prepare print files for digital or offset presses
  • Ability to produce graphics for the web
  • Ability to utilize Google Suite to share files and communicate with team members about project progression
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with a variety of print techniques (i.e., varnishes, glosses, die cuts, dimensional mailings, and other enhancements)
  • Nice to have: Experience with preparing digital display graphics for a live environment


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
